Bitbots is a browser game where you're the trainer, not the driver. You build a robot from simple parts (legs, joints, motors, sensors) and send it to training. Nobody animates or scripts how it walks: every robot has its own small neural network that learns by trial and error (reinforcement learning, PPO) in the game's physics. A training run is about 93 hours of practice, done in roughly 15 minutes on a cloud server. Afterwards you get a diary of how it learned, from "Hour 0: can't even stand" to its first real steps. Then your robot races the ghosts of other players' robots on the Sprint and Obstacle Run leaderboards. If it's too slow, go back to the workshop, change the design and train the next generation. Everything in the trailer is real gameplay. The voice-over and the music were made with ElevenLabs. The game is in a small closed alpha right now. If you'd like to try it, send me a PM and I'll send you an invite link. The game itself was built with Claude Code, in Godot 4.
