StickFrag: [https://stickfrag.com](https://stickfrag.com/). No download, no account. Team deathmatch, free for all and gun game, up to 16 players per match, bots in the empty seats. 16 weapons, 5 maps, private rooms with a code. **How I made it** Claude Code wrote the code. I wrote about 490 prompts over 5 days, about 50 hours, some nights until 5 am. In practice, that meant: * I wrote the spec first. The first version was live the same night. * I playtested every build and reported what felt wrong: mouse sensitivity, hits that didn't register, micro-freezes on kills, jittery stairs, a stickman that flashed into view for one frame. * I directed every model and animation: knees and elbows on the stickmen, reloads where the hand really pulls the mag, an SMG that looked like a Tommy gun, a gap in the pistol, the size of the red dot. * I had a shooting range built to tune the guns, and set the damage numbers by hand. Shots to the arms didn't count, so I asked for a hitbox view, and…
The prompt behind it.
