I’ve been working on Claim a Frame, a browser-based 3D gallery where visitors move between rooms, inspect frames and upload artwork while outbidding each other for better positions. I’m not an experienced Three.js developer. I developed it by directing and iterating with Claude Opus, testing the results, reporting problems and refining the experience over many rounds. The stack is Three.js, React Three Fiber, TypeScript and GSAP. It’s live here: [https://claimaframe.com](https://claimaframe.com) I’d appreciate honest feedback, especially on mobile performance, camera movement and anything that feels poorly implemented or could be handled better in Three.js.
