I wanted to see if Claude could act as a motion designer as well as a programmer. The brief I gave Claude Code was one line: **a dynamic motion graphics video about Grok Bot, xAI's AI teammates, as if it were its own showreel for a résumé.** It built the whole film as a web page where every frame is a pure function of time, rendered it frame by frame in headless Chrome, and synthesized the music and sound effects in Python from the same timeline. No After Effects, no stock footage, no audio files. The only assets are two fonts. The first cut was 15 seconds with glossy, 3D-looking bots. It looked good, but it moved too fast to follow, and the bots didn't look like the real ones. My notes were "**make it 30 seconds**" and "**keep the bots flat, like Grok Bot itself**". This is the second version. 1920×1080 at 60 fps. About 0.3 s per frame on an RTX 4070 laptop, so a full render takes around 10 minutes. Did a Grok bot video because I like how their mascot looks like.…
